Not sure I'd wanna put those skills to use nowadays... too long ago... too many beers in my belly and not enough practice... I could easily hurt myself....
Ahh the old days..

I think the level of stress is quite different... you didn't risk falling from a helicopter or activating a mine or getting disconnected from your co-workers and getting hopelesly lost on a daily basis did you?
Not to mention the 30Kg worth of gear strapped to you whilst crossing a river 40 meters deep after marching for 40Kms...

ever felt the stress of falling of your office chair after doing to many circles and loosing your balance.. when the chair is upside down on your head it kind of resembles a helicopter.... As for mines.. those office staplers, glue sticks, hot cups of coffee are hazards waiting to happen.. you never know when one could come out and bite you in the ass.. or the face...then there is uni, getting gostled by the 1 billion students going through the Uni Quad, feeling lonely and lost in a campus bigger than you have ever seen, going to the wrong room, getting lost and not knowing which way to go when trying to hand in an assignment thats over due... waking up dripping in sweat after dreaming your pantless in front of the whole class... and the hot chick is staring at your pecker..
The stress...
haha.. Im just playing with you man.. course yours is more stressfull.. in a different way. Id do Uni anyday over your commando training.
