$250 sounds extremely cheap for freight, I was recently quoted $350 from Mel to Syd and $950 from Mel to me in regional NSW

A hardtop OEM from Gold Coast to Perth cost the guy $500 or so.. He had it in 5 days and it arrived unblemished.

Make sure you write/mark on the well packed box.

You need to be accurate with wt and dimensions, a bit over in wt calculation is better than under wt quote, as they'll wack the shipper at the other end. Beauty is the buyer does it all online and you get the shipping doc to print out and apply to box.

I paid about $200 including insurance to get my hardtop shipped from Perth to me in Sydney with e-go couriers. The price included insurance as well
