And yet if they bungle a pit stop like it happened for Ric in the past he could come in second. Also was it last year or the year before that Kimi was leading and got passed in the pits by Seb

Bumble in the pits, or a safety car issue could definitely have an impact in Monaco.

Did you notice Ferrari have their halo mirrors again? Oh, and McLarens little wing in the back by the engine cover?

Haven’t watched the sessions as I’m in the office. Will look for it this evening once I get home.

Ricciardo on pole. Now as long as he stays ahead and no one or he screw up, he should be home to pop the champagne and do a shoey.

It was as expected. A glamorous race. Exciting for the drivers but seemed to lack the excitement. There was a bit at about a third in when Ricciardo started slowing down and I expected Vettel to pounce. But as the commentators said he seemed to have as much appetite for it as a vegetarian would for a wounded animal.

Happy that Ricciardo won. For me he was the driver of the race and kudos to his team for managing his entire race.

Daniel had too much car for the field the entire race.

Very pleased for Daniel, he earned and deserved that win.
