^ Hard to say, it could be fun, does Mosport have that many open days? I'm used to The Glen where every day is scheuled for some activity a year in advance.
Well this is a big weekend for me coming up, I'm about to finally join the ranks of the "tow guys". I can't wait to get a nice pic of the yellow S on the black trailer being pulled by the red Titan.
There has been so much to do to try and figure out how to properly tie-down the S, to find the right tie-down straps, to make the proper ramps so the splitter does not hit, to determine my proper tongue weight, to wire up the brake controller and learn how to use it, to get some degree of comfort driving the car on and off the trailer, getting handy at backing the truck up to the trailer perfectly and getting the trailer hook up, and of course getting better at backing up with the trailer- a project unto itself!
So, I can't help but say, I'm really happy with the help I got on the Racing & Competition Forum because this sucker sure looks secure, and my loads are not being applied to the wheels which I thought might take out my alignment.
I'll have more pics soon, these are just detail shots, nothing glamor related...
Strap rated at a breaking point of 10,000 lbs with a working load of 3,300; I like a bit of overkill
The amazing R-hook connection right into the S2000 frame as described in the service manual
A process of trial and terror allowed me to calculate the proper tongue weight
Doug, you've got to quit hanging around with that wine, cheese, and grapes crowd. I've got a racing buddy who is ex-car hauling trucker that would have had you set up and ready to rock in a couple hours, if that.
Have fun with the new rig and look out for pot holes in those fields around the track.

Dave, well why the hell did you not send him over?
I must admit, I did move slow, but like all things I do, I like to do my own research and form my own conclusions. It took me almost 6 months just to buy the trailer because I knew what I wanted. And at last, I'm ready to go! Tonight fellow S2000 guy and great autoxer is coming over just to check up on my tie-downs. I leave for The Glen on Thursday afternoon.
