Well I'll keep ya posted. I'm doing all the seat research now, but I'm not buying them 1st, that is going to be an exhaust, and I'm still having issues with Supersprint, issues I might add I thought were all taken care of
If the dealer does not hurry the f up and help, I think I might go with a Borla.
I have a Borla on my CRX-SiR and have always been pleased with it, plus the Borla has the big double walled chrome tip I like because I hate the single walled tips that turn blue.
Not in person doug just sound clips.. But I have on the RSX-S and it sounds nice. The sound clips were similar so I'm assuming it's some what similar in person.
It's nice and deep but after 6K rpm its as quiet as stock.

Meaning once in VTEC it is only as loud as stock??? I don't think I would like that, I want louder across the whole range, I spend a lot of time in VTEC on the track and sometimes if I'm running in a bunch of cars the only car I can't hear is my own...
I have a Borla on my CRX-SiR, and I love it, the sound is great and the double wall chrome tip is beautiful.
I sent Borla the following questions: Can you describe the sound of the Borla system on an S2000?
- is it sort of a higher pitch than stock or a lower pitch than stock?
- is it a little louder than stock at full throttle or much louder than stock at full throttle?
- is it the same volume as stock at expressway speed or a little louder than stock at expressway speed, 65-75mph?
- is there any type of resonation at a certain rpm and if so what rpm range?
- do you have a sound clip file for the S2000 application?
I got back the following answer: Thank you for contacting BORLA PERFORMANCE. This system will have a lower pitch sound than stock. It will be noticably louder but not overly aggressive. It will be a little bit louder than stock at freeway speed. Unfortunately Borla does not offer sound clips. If you have additional questions regarding Borla exhaust you may contact me Direct any time Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00 PST.
Supersprint has become no longer an option for a bunch of complicated reasons.
So, after rejecting Borla because too many people seemed to indicate it was without much noise at the upper rev range where I really want noise, I started looking at Magniflow because they sell a complete system now, but still I was not thrilled with the tips. Although Magnaflow supplies Comptech with their mufflers I don't wantto go Comptech because I'm so tired of the "they are closing rumors". Then I ended up sort of coming full circle, a local guy has a Spugen and it sounds great which ironically enough is a Magniflow muffler, but I really love the Supersprint oval tips.
Sorry about the nasty colored S, but this is a good pic of the exhaust...
