They keep talking about slowing down the cars and cost savings. I dont see how this will do that. The money will just go elswhere but it does remove some of the technical "luster" of F1.

Why don't they just stop F1 and throw everybody into GP2 cars?

The horsepower difference between the two is definitely get smaller.
