I have enough phone calls with Europe to know it is definitely not tomorrow there when it is mid-morning here.

My prediction - rules are revised and the diffusers will have to change but the wins count. Same as last year's ruling on the flexi-floor.
Funny how last year around the flexi-floor it was taken as Ferrari cheating in some media circles and on this forum, while me and a few others said it was actually a rule interpretation problem.

JUST KIDDING!!!!!!
I really don't care if they have to change the diffuser as long as they don't take away their wins.
Possible outcomes from the diffuser appeal
April 14, 2009 by James Allen
Today in Paris the International Court of Appeal has been hearing the two sides of the debate into the legality of the so-called double decker diffusers, as used by Brawn, Toyota and Williams.
It all got quite passionate as the lawyers for Ferrari and Renault in particular stated their cases.
Andrew Ford for Renault said that the FIA had already established that a design which incorporated holes to improve the efficiency was illegal in F1,

Either that or they will rule in Ferrari's favor like usual and strip Brawn GP of their points.

Perhaps they will let the drivers keep their points, but strip the team of the constructors' championship points? autosport.com is the first thing I read in the morning - and by the time I wake up, the European working day is over, meaning I get to spend the rest of the day thinking about what happened!

Have a nice day!

...in for the ruling!
