Everybody who always wanted Max and Bernie out of the picture now have a choice, I guess. And what could go wrong? It worked out so well for formula car racing in the US....

I love this, finally (hopefully) away from BE and MM. I hope they are able to carry through with their goals of cheaper prices for fans and more involvement.

There is no new series until there are a list of tracks, dates, etc in place and the first race of the new series goes off. This is pure bluster to get rid of the Bernie and Max show. My guess is Max is forced to step down but Bernie stays for obvious reasons...he has the biggest balls.

Notice that they talked about Bernie and gang owed the teams multiple millions of dollars. That's what a lot of it's about. It seems Bernie has been using that money to hold the teams hostage to F1.
They mention that with Bernie and Max in the way they can charge less for tickets. The money that the B&M team wanted has been the sticking point with several tracks and why we don't have a US race.
