Your little guy would be happy for the 1-2 finish for Ferrari today! Although I think the team decided Shumacher should win instead of Massa! I'd hate to be Massa and be 2nd fiddle!

I don't think the team decided anything (unlike Monaco). Michael let Massa have his moment in the sun, but after his outstanding out lap from the 1st pit stop, Michael just decided to show the kid how it is done by the master

I don't buy that. Massa had enough of a lead and the timed pit stops were too even. Exactly how did Massa screw up that badly? He didn't. Simple team orders. Doesn't bother me but at least call 'em like they are.

You don't think Shumi could out drive Massa? He outqualified him significantly and also set a faster lap in the race. He was shaving down Massa's lead slowly but surely during the race. I'd expect if it was team orders, Massa would just roll off the throttle on the straight and let Michael by and then tag along with him from there.
Maybe I'm way off base, but I don't think it was that clear cut of a case.

You guys say what you will about team orders.
1- they are ok in my book
2- Massa is damn lucky to be driving for Ferrari with MS as his teammate. Sure racers race to win, but good racers are also very aware of how their careers are developing and this year's opportunity to be where he is, is a fantastic opportunity. Anyone saying they would hate to be Massa is short sighted in my book.
3- MS had the ability to out drive Massa no problem. I saw over and over on Friday and Saturday MS's ability to lay back, treat his equipment with care, and then pounce when he had to.
