Message from the new Moderator of ARD forum
Hey guys...I'm bumping this thread so that I can have my first post re-iterated.
This is one forum that I moderate that DOESN'T have rules of forum behavior explicitly called out and stickied to the top.
I'd rather keep it that way (and my guess is that you all would too). I'm a firm believer in "...treating people like kids and they'll behave like kids; treat them like adults and they'll behave like teenager....er, I mean adults...."
Thank you. Now back to regularly scheduled programming.

Oh btw, ALMS still is one of the best forms of motorsports going on right now. Grand-Am is good...but missing some great cars in that series.
NASCAR and F1, my opinion hasn't changed in close to a year, sorry.

I'm not one for pinning a lot of things. They just become background fodder after awhile. In my close to 10 years of experience on this board, people (including me) tend to gloss over what on top of the forum.
In the other forums I moderate (and CO), I sticky rules. They typically are written once, read once, and can be referred back to in times of need when a dispute arises.
This forum seems to be more adult than any of the other forums, so, in my opinion, explicit rules aren't necessary. The ones implied in this post have worked for close to a year...let's see if they cna live on for another year.

For a matter of opinion, ALMS owns all. F1 is NASCAR, on a global scale (overly regulated, overly marketed, and too big-budget). With ALMS, you get talented drivers, mass traffic on the track, and street-ish Ferraris, Porsches, Corvettes, and Aston Martins....along with P1 and P2s.
Gotta love it.
