Alonso, although a prima donna in what may prove to be a second tier car, really rung his Renault by the neck to finish in the points. He had his car slip-sliding around but kept it together. He drove like a two time world champion. I think the BMW's are making the season interesting, and it was nice to see Kubica's second place finish.

Yep, I'm still a LH fan. He still has an easy-going positive attitude. He expresses just the right amount of confidence and I don't hear bragging, only normal smoke screens (of course we had more fuel...).
Those positive personality qualities are EXACTLY what Alonso lacks. He is such an uptight prissy loser. I admire his driving skill but I'll never be an Alonso fan.
Other complaints about Coulthard. Did you catch his interview about the damaged car? Oh yeah, the team gets paid highly to fix his ill-advised driving. Can't Red Bull find a driver with less of a chip on his shoulder?
I like the start of this season. Lots of drama and maybe BMW will make a three-way battle. What was up with not-so-quick Nick this race?

Not to mention that, oh yeah, HE'S STILL LEADING IN POINTS.
Sheesh. You kids are as silly as baseball fans. Haven't you ever heard of "sample size"? One race does not a season make -- either way.

LOL yeah....he needs to finish some races. How many races during last year and now this year did he DNF due to himself flying off the track. The amazing thing is....if you click my sig...Massa seems to have the talent and desire...I think his concentration is off, which is not good at F1 speeds. Kimi schooled Massa this race. Kimi schooled the field to be more precise. As long as his Ferrari stays reliable he could very well be a repeat Champ. Go Kimi!

I don't expect wins but I do expect points from both drivers

I have to say, as someone who spends a lot of time on track during the summer in the driving school environment, I have seen lots and lots of just plain people conclude they need to get off the racing line if they are going real slow. Sad to think that drivers in the elevated arena of F1 have to be reminded of this rather basic common sence rule...

Highly doubtful. Very highly doubtful. They got Heikki to play the second fiddle.
But lets see. Heikki qualified better than Louis so in all rights according to some here...that means Heikki should be the man for this race.

I hope he takes more points this year than his teammate.

Poor Massa....he either breaks or takes himself out. I think this is his last season with Ferrari. I don't think they see him as reliable.
What pisses me off to no end is FM was in a great position to help his team get back into the lead with points, but noooooooooo. He let his desire to win to get in the way of the team's objectives, he threw his car away racing for a position when all he had to do to take 2nd and put Ferrari back on top was relax and drive a resonable pace, he and KR were way, way out front at the time.
I thought about this a lot last night, and I would swear I recal reading last year Ferrari extended FM a 3-year contract. Now I could be wrong, but I swear I remember because when I read it I was furious because I just don't see FM as a great driver. He still seems to hot and cold to me, too unpredicatable.

Speaking of mistakes, if FM keeps up the crap he did today, he will not be on the team much longer. Throwing away 8 pts is not the way Ferrari is going to win the WCC.
