Semi-offical ALMS thread
I'm wondering if the Barazi drivers will have the same speed as the "factory" P2 Zytek drivers did at Petit? 'cause that thing was seriously fast. I don't think it will last 12 hours, but it should be up front for the first couple of hours.
The RealTime Acura team is busy putting the finishing touches on its SPEED World Challenge Touring Cars in preparation for the season opener at Sebring and the entire 2008 championship. As they did last year, the 10-time series champions will campaign five production-based Acuras: four TSX sedan models and one RSX sports coupe.
The driver line up will see RealTime stalwarts Peter Cunningham and Pierre Kleinubing joined by second-year RTR pilot Kuno Wittmer. New to the squad in 2008 is a driver who, like his teammates, brings an extensive history with the Acura brand: Grand Am Koni Challenge Endurance series veteran Glenn Bocchino.
Cunningham and Kleinubing are responsible for eight of RealTime

Maybe we should start a new SCCA World Challenge thread??
I
Touring Cars! This may possibly be my favorite racing they show on Speed.
I know they are way more sophisticated than they look on the outside but every time I watch this I just have the feeling I could hop in one of those and race
I think Petey needs to hire a woman driver
I'll take the little RSX

I saw, and now i wish i was there. That's terrible what happened to Devlin and the Mazda team. They said he walked away from the accident. But the car doesn't look to promising for saturday. The ECO diesel Radical has been withdrawn.

Poor Lola chassis. Looks like Devlin is ok thank god and the team was pulling the back up car off the transporter right after the wreck. So they should still make the show.
