Update for Day 5, not much went in today as we had a busy morning.

ARP Extended studs ready to go in as we will be running 5mm spacers to clear the AP Caliper

Steering Rack now fitted with Reinforced rack bushing to stop any excess movement underload.

Steering rack back in with Hardrace Front Anti bump steer kit that help to bring the front Toe arm to original position after lowered.

Front Roll centre adjuster with Camber offset for extra camber and caster and also bring the roll centre back to the factory position after lowered

Hubs all back in with extended studs, Nitrons and RCA

Rear Arms all back in with all new bush, new top hardrace heavy duty ball joint and Nitrons -

Gonna have a busy morning tomorrow, hopefully we can get some time to work on the car.

Just to show you what we can do to get the best out of a road S2000. the Bump steer kit and RCA is extremely important on any car that been lowered even by 15mm. That is to bring the Toe arm (front and rear) back to the original location so you will not get excessive Toe in under uneven surface or under braking. It will give you the confident to control how the backend car drive with no more sudden movement from the rear or front.

We setup a lot of S2000 track day, fast road and race car here and they all have installed the Rear Toe arm, it give huge improvement in all different driving condition.

RCA is not as important, that is just bring the Roll Centre back up from lowering the bottom arms angle.
Nice build, and thank you for documenting the process.

I like the explanation here. Not just adding parts frivolously or for looks, but with purpose and intent to use.
If any one has more information (video or reading info) on bump steer please feel free to PM me links.

You can read them all from a book by Carroll Smith - Race car engineering. It got all the information you need about suspension geometry.
