I couldn’t tell you because I never really pushed that setup. I did rub a little and was a pain the a$$ driving in the streets lol

A few small upgrades just before touch down at the track this weekend

Porterfield R4 pads
Centric blank rotors
New Falken 615k+ tires
Whiteline front swaybar
SBG lowering forks

Running into issues setting caster. This was the closest I could get them too. The car drives ok but lost a lot of steering feel. This is something I need to get to the bottom of asap. I was also hoping for about a degree more camber at the front.

Check your compliance bushings. When mine were seized (and eventually torn) I was having a lot of trouble getting the caster and camber I wanted.

The control arms are new, with new alignment hardware. We must have installed something wrong I think. I were able to get decent numbers even with seized adjusters before

Another awesome two days with s2ktakeover and North East Track Club. I learned a lot at this event as far as the balance of the car and better shifting techniques. The Whiteline front bar did great to balance the car on medium speed corners, although the car still maintains a good amount of rotation on trail-braking. The car does need a smaller rear swaybar, since I feel like the inside rear wheel lift, and create traction issues on low speed corners.

Another thing I need to look into is this caster issue. I have a few ideas on what could be causing this, but at the track it affected a lot of my confidence, since the car would steer itself under braking.

Overall, I like my setup so far. Good enough to win my class for the 3rd consecutive time!

7 track days this season so far, and I feel like I made a lot of progress on my driving. I want to keep the coming modifications to help me get even better, and I feel the stock seats are holding me back currently. That being said, I have my eyes set on a bucket seat before October, where S2KTakeover goes to Watkins Glen.

So far, the car has won its class in every event I've been timed. The car has potential but I'm still fighting a lot of overall oversteer, so in the future I'm planning on the full Karcepts swaybar kit, and I could also do with another degree of camber at the front - debating on offset lower balljoint or offset bushings.

shoutout to @SickAP1 for guiding me in the right direction on any question I have related to the track!

It's been a quiet couple of months for this build but the car has seen plenty of actions.

In September I was able to pick up a Mugen MS-R seat with Recaro Japan Rails from @Orjinal. The seat was in great condition and I fit perfect in it. It is every bit of what JDM bling is, with the added bonus of being fully functional at the track and dropping about 8lbs off the car.

I also picked up a GoPro Hero8 to have high end recording from the track, since I'd say, my current setup is disappointing to say the least.

The car has been great this season so far. It has won every event it has entered in street class, and this past event I was really able to close the gap to within just 2-3 second of the stablished guys, which is great since I'm playing catch up on car development compared to the competition.

Slapping a GT wing and a front splitter would probably net me the most gains right now, but I'm going to to hold off on that and try not to cut corners in this development phase. I want to drop close to 100lbs off the car for next season, and fully dial in the suspension of the car over the winter.

Brainstorming I have:
Karcept Swaybars
BBK
Camber joints
Single exit exhaust
Intake

I'm glad you're happy with the seat.

Great to see that it went local and your car is coming out wonderfully and that the Mugen Recaro seat found a good home. I was wondering where it would go and it's satisfying to see that it went to a racer and not a stanced car.
I'm hoping to attend some S2K Takeover events next year, see you out there.
