OMGANGELO's 2001 S2000 Rolling shell build
Oh boy.. And here it begins!
My name is Angelo and I've been a long time lurker of S2ki.. but never actually owned an S2000. I had always thought it would be cool to own one, but never thought it would be a reality. After building my rsx for the past eight years, I feel like it's time to move onto a new project.
I knew I wanted a shell, it had to be clean title, and definitely a Honda. After months of research and debating on what to do, I decided it was time to pull the trigger and really start looking for the right car. Trying to find a clean title S2000 shell wasn't that easy, but I kept searching and found the perfect one in Arizona.. a 2001 honda S2000 shell with a six point roll cage. I'd rather not spill the beans with what the plans are.. So stick around and check out the transformation. I'll also be logging the build on my instagram @omgangelow
Here's a couple of shots from when I picked the car up..
..and a few more of my last build.

Here's she is a couple of weeks before I picked her up. Unfortunately the previous owner sold the hardtop and I opted to start fresh and take it without the wheels, coils, seat, and steering wheel.

Man, that is a LOT going on. They painted the bay and interior green, and the cage orange?!
Looking forward to seeing what you do to this. Also, welcome!

Thanks man.. Yeah the previous owner had an LS swap in it and used it as a track car. I'm guessing he wanted to make the car stand out. Things are definitely going to change.

I had to remove the windshield to spray the front of the cage.
[
Prepping the outside for overspray. It's time to give the roll cage a little love..
Sprayed some clear coat, rolled it into the sun, and I couldn't be any happier with the final outcome.
