Give up the S for a bike?

Give up the S for a bike?
I've got a 05 S2000 and a DD 03 civic. I've always wanted a bike, cbr 600RR or something similar. I've already taken my MSFs, and love the thrill that a bike provides.
Now the question is, I love my S2k. However, I don't want 3 vehicles....I'm renting a room and don't want to hog all the driveway space.
Should I get rid of both the S and civic and get a fun, yet sport DD, THEN pick up a bike? Its really convenient having both the civic and S because the civic grants me great MPG and space to carry groceries. It'll really be tough finding a DD with the fun factor of the S with the practicality of the civic...
What to do...

If you can't have all three, don't get the bike. My reason is, you won't get to enjoy it that much since you can't ride it under as many conditions as your S2000. At first you will love it and want to ride it all the time. But then you will visit bike forums and worry about someone jacking it - and you will always worry. So then you'll want to ride it even less. And Eventually after riding for long enough periods you'll get tired, and won't want to ride it again for a few days. And that will one day lead to just letting it sit there, and you'll only ride it to keep the battery from dying and the fluids from going bad.
Bikes aren't cheap to own either. Fairly expensive to insure, tires cost as much as car tires, and don't last long. You'll need to buy special chemicals for cleaning and maintainence. You'll need special tools if you plan on doing work yourself (front stand/rear stand, chain breaker/rivet tool)
You have to buy gear (jacket, gloves, helmet - and replace the lid every 5 years) Modding them isn't cheap...goes on and on.
Just know what you're getting into and walking away from.

With all due respect. Your a f#€ing retard I would never sale my S or trade my s for a bike..
If it's your first bike I wouldn't be getting a nice RR trust me your going to beat it up. Buy somthing older it's not expensive. F4i cbr's go for about 2000-3000 $ now and days.. And forget the driveway space you rent. It's a bike ! It takes up no space what so ever...
