16K x 4wheels........64K
options....................0 (b/c I'm cheap)
total.......................224K

same ball park as Lambo Huracan, R8, GT3RS, 570s.

If this belongs to your neighbor........he has deep pockets. Hahaha.

I work at BMW / MINI OF CONCORD as a Motoring Advisor. But 3 of us at the Dealership own S2000s.

If anyone here on the FORUMS want to ever visit.......hit me up.

They are definitely cool cars but unless you're a collector/investor I don't see the point in spending more than double the price of a base M4 for one. I *LOVE* the idea of this car and others like it (i.e. porsche GT3RS ) but as a track toy I would personally rather take the base car and allocate $20-30k to build a better version of the GTS that would be much easier and less expensive to replace if something went wrong and the car made friends with a wall.

Also just want to clarify- the entire wheel set is ~$16k at full MSRP if one were to buy them outright from a dealer. The optional extra for the CF/CFRP wheels on these cars is about $12.5k if I'm not mistaken. Still stupid expensive for a set of wheels, especially considering they are the wrong sizes (too narrow)

I agree. I see clients coming in our Dealership plunking serious cash for these cars. My stomach turns to see all this disposable income. ("jelly") Hahaha.

I love my cousin's M3 CP, but I would rather settle for a GT3 or GT4 for my fun........that's in 10 years for me. I have 3 kids that need to go to college.
