Hey fellow s2000'ers,

I have have been researching the different FD options and have been wondering how this FD suits the AP2, I hear nothing but mixed emotions about the mod and would like to experience it personally.

Anyone with this setup be willing to give me a ride along in their car?

Free In&Out or any other fast food of their choice to anyone that's willing to do so.

i would def not go 4.77 with a ap2 tranny. the gearing is going to be a bit too short id say. 4.56 would be the highest FD i would go. 4.44 would be nice as well.

I would love a ride in a AP2 with different than stock FD gears. Who can give me a ride? I'm in Walnut Creek.

Ive ran a 4.77 with LSD in my AP1 before & it was definitely a lot of shifting. I had to continue to hold my throttle during a turn or sacrifice stability & shift. It was too much for the street & canyons for sure. I never got to try it on track but I dont think I would want to. Ive ridden in an AP2 with 4.56 gears & it was similar to the 4.77 in the AP1, very short shifts - fun for stop light to stop light runs. IMO - nothing over a 4.56/4.57 but rather have a 4.44 with an AP2 tranny.
