Auto Shop for Interior Replacement

Hi - Does anyone know of a good auto shop that can help me remove my installed rollbar and replace the OEM interior parts? I live in San Francisco and would love some recommendations.

Is there any reason you don't want to do it yourself? I'm sure there are a few people who would be willing to help out, myself included.
