Default Bay Area Boy needs some help

Ok guys an gals im fairly new new to this forum an all the information it hold deep. But i am in need on some major help as i am running an aftermarket exhaust on my 03 ap1 S2k an earlier today got a fix it ticket for it. i am looking for someone to help me out seriously i am in need of a stock exhaust system frm the cat back i just want to borrow it so i can get this stupid violation cleared. if anyone could lend a brother a hand i would be super appreciated im frm watsonville CA 95076 in case anyone could help thanks

im sorry if this is under the wrong thread area was not quite sure where it would fall under thanks

well you still have to get the actual ticket in the mail too. about 2-3 weeks. then you have a month to fix it from there.

hope you find a stock exhaust and get it signed off + $50. otherwise it's going to be ~$300 i think.

I've gotten a few fix it tickets for exhaust. I never needed to wait for a mailed ticket. On the back of your little yellow ticket that the PO handed you there should be a place for another PO to sign off. All you need to to is get that part signed then call the number listed on the ticket and ask what the total cost is, given that its signed off. Then mail a check with that yellow signed ticket and you are all clear.

You have to find the right cop to ask to sign it off. I've had luck going to the CHP office. One of the "office" officers is usually enthusiastic about getting out of the office to sign off a ticket.
