Default Clutch pedal soft

Saturday I redid my brakes all the way around including rotors pads and draining/refilling the master cyl and bleeding the system. The problem is my clutch pedal is soft (no engagement) till about 3/4 of the way down now. I'm not sure if it's because the brake pedal seems firmer now and it's all in my head or there is actually a problem. The two systems aren't tied in together from my knowledge. Anyone have an idea??

They're not tied together, maybe try bleeding/flushing the fluid like you did with the brakes.

Well after researching more I did every DIY I could find involving the clutch. I bleed the master cyl. Took out the slave cyl boot and pin. Cleaned it and sanded down the tip. Also got under the dash and adjusted the bolt. Please to say everything worked out great. Think old fluid was the cause.

You shouldn't need to adjust that nut bolt at the master, there needs to be a bit of play before engagement otherwise you'll end up slipping your clutch.

Yeah I made sure there is play. My pedal was going about 3/4 of the way down before any kind of resistance. Did the fluids and cleaned the Slave. Adjusted the pedal maybe 1/4" and it feels like when I first got the car.
