Driving Instruction, where is a good place?
Id like to keep it to thunderhill or sears point, because these are the closest to me. After my crash, i want to better my driving skills with a professional. I was wondering, because someone reccomended me to a PCA.org , a porsche club america link, and he said that they would take you for like $350 for professional lessons for a day. I'd like not to spend more than 600, and as i dont have a car, need the instructor to supply the car. If you have any suggestions, informations ideas, let me know.

The cheapest way to get professional instruction without using your own car is karting. I did the Techniques Of Karting class with Russel Racing last Saturday, it was very educational and we got lots of seat time.
Check out the section "Karting Schools" for a few different classes:

pll, you'll enjoy the class when you take it in August. It's too bad our earlier class got rained out a few months back.
We should look into taking the advanced karting class once you complete your class.

I actually dont have an s2000, i crashed my girls dads... otherwise i would come driving with you guys
Yea, Jim Russel and Skip Barber were the two i was thinking about doing. Im leaning towards doing the Jim Russel Highway survival series...although i wasnt 100% clear, do you use their cars or yours?? it looked like theirs but i wasnt positive. One of the guys i work with, his dad is teaching the course there, should have asked him last night oh well.. if anyone can clarify this for me please let me know, thanks
