How to reset the radio?

funny how people read between the lines
it's still good to know the 1 800 number in case anyone else need it though

i just figured mine earlier... the 1800 number totally helped me out!

they just asked for my vin and the serial code for the radio which in they also double checked on the serial number and they will give you the code

easy convinient and fast. i got my (or dan's) lost code within 10 minutes and got my radio working right away.

on the other hand. i just realized that too.. he just want to reset (or preset) his radio stations... lols.

i dont know why they would ask you for the vin# when it has nothing to do with the radio code. radio codes are stored for each serial number and you dont have to pull the radio out to get the serial number off the unit.
