If I want to customize the look of my s2k...
i always wondered... if i removed my black doors, and replaced them with gpw ones, and then a gpw hardtop, my s2k would resemble something like that of a CHP car.
but a friend told me that it's illegal and id get a ticket for it. apparently sometime ago, CHP had an issue with Best Buy's geek squad cars (since they had black bodies, white doors) and that drivers would mistake them for cop cars. so as a result, Geek Squad was forced to change the look of their VW bugs to all black.
i guess i cant make my berlina s2k into a highway patrol s2k... unless anyone has other info.
