2000->2002 gas nozzle threads have an issue they're the wrong size and don't match up perfect with Honda gas caps, eventually it leads to the gas caps getting mangled and not sealing correctly. Check to see if the cap is good

I had the P0411 code for the longest time... Took a month to figure out what it was... We replaced hoses, EGR, map sensor and everything... the one day we decided to look at the fuse and BOOM, it was blown... replaced... reset and never came back on ^_^
Fuse is located on the driver side under the hood. its a 60amp fuse or something.

I had the gas cap cel before too. My problem was it was clicking too early, w/o a tight seal. Make sure it turns the normal amount before it starts to click. Cel should go away after that, gl.
