Looking 4 Room/Rent/share
Hi....yeah im looking for a place to move out with my GF. prefer a master bed-room or at least half-bath.
Some where quite in cupertino. price is negotiable. The room is just for her. but I'll be around. here and there.
-not a cooker
-no need for parking space
please contact me if you have a room or house to offer. 408-568-5975
thanks

Check craigslist. Lots of rooms for rent in Cupertino area. Why don't you just rent a one bedroom apartment since it's going to be the two of you.
You'll have much more room and will live more comfortably.

Going rate for a decent 1 bedroom apartment in Cupertino would start at $1000. Seems like a lot of people are renting again because of the subprime meltdown so $1000 can be a little to optimistic.
