Dude, same thing just happened to me. I took it apart 3 times and lubed the shit out of it and still noisy. I didn't time to take it apart again so I just drive it for 3 days and today the noise disappeared! So try driving it for a few days. I know it is embarrassing. But you have to drive it around a lot!

Are you loading the suspension and then torquing it? I've installed suspension on my car numerous times and never had any noise.

Did you actually set the spring right on the shock? check where the spring is sitting on. Also make sure that you have torques everyting correctly.

So if you look at the shock on the right and notice the end bottom of the spring. Make sure all the ends of your spring are in the same location.

I did all that and still make noise. Clock the bushings and still make noise. Took it apart and put a bunch of lubricant and still make noise. After 3 days driving and it suddenly went away. Weird.

I'm curious to know what or where this squeaking is coming from, I've never heard a squeak from any suspension and that includes cut springs. The upper spring perch rubber is keyed so maybe that's the problem?
