It's suspended because the state doesn't want to grant them the salary they want or sumthin like that. Heard through my school (wyotech)

I just got off the phone with the department of consumer affairs, and they said the only thing anyone can do is wait until the referee receives funding again. As for not being able to drive the car around, they said to go to the dmv and get temporary operating permits.

Hopefully it doesn't take too long.
