"I just bought this 1600sqft home 2 months ago and current looking to have 1 room mate. The house is in a quiet safe neighborhood. There is plenty of street parking with no street cleaning! The room that will be rented will be newly painted and has a full bathroom right next to the room that no one else will use. kitchen, washer and dryer are all shared. The price is $1000 and utilities(internet, direct tv, gas, water, garbage) are split among 3 people. We are very clean people and we do not party. We have full time jobs working the typical 9-5 weekdays downtown financial district. This house is very close to costco, bart station (10 minute walk) and more. Please contact me with any questions."

From my Craigslist...

I'd rock it if I lived in SF.

If for that price the garage was included + basic utilities, I would love to look at it. But then again, I dont really like the weather there & it deteriorates your car when parked on the street.

How large is the room & how many shared walls does it have?
