Updates sent to the insider's PM discussion.

AT THIS POINT, PLEASE PM ME YOUR CELL NUMBERS IF YOU ARE DEFINITELY GOING ON THE DRIVE.

Also. . . wu-tang, paging wu-tang. I need:
1. Cell (as stated above - PM me)
2. Lunch spot recommendations
3. A list of other s2000s meeting us in/on/around Reno (if you know of any)

Thanks folks. More updates coming.

All the Hwy's are open, 108 is a much better drive.

Rod,
As I mentioned in the PM back. I scouted 88 this last weekend, and it is as scenic a drive as any right now. While I'd like to do 108, I'm reticent that at 9200 feet that the road will be free from extra water and debris, especially in light of the recent reclosing (and reopening). 88 peaks at ~8500 feet, and while there was snow, it was clearly squared away and not draining onto the road.

That said, we have another week until next week, so it may change again, or not. We have some great drive plans either way. Stay tuned.

So I have some good news and some bad news. Good news is always first, I've been in the process of helping family purchase a rental home and they signed loan docs today and they offered me a sweet deal to where I get to manage a my uncles property for a few years without rent. Now for the bad news, my family wants me to move in on the 11th. I kind of have to move in, since I'm living rent free. So I will no longer be going on this fun adventure and I'm totally bummed since I've never been to Reno. So I will be a Nay for this trip. Hope you guys have fun and remember the buddy system! I'll catch you guys on the next one.

Congratulations, but bummed you're not heading out with us.

That said, great excuse to have another Harris Ranch run (which is closer to you).

Edits are made, please check the OP.

Big thanks to wu-tang for helping me find a lunch stop. More details coming in over the next few days.
