Default Stuck Bolt

So yesterday I went to tackle the Evasive motorsport diff collar install. BTW 1 hour install time is not realistic. After dropping the rear sway bar, the exhaust in the rear, and jacking up the diff casing to align all the bolts, I was feeling pretty tired. I went on to tackle the front collars, dropping the heat shielding, and the exhaust up front. Everything came out easy as could be. Things were going smoothly until the LAST bolt on the mount that sits above the exhaust wouldn't go in. Realizing it must have been crooked i backed it out and went ahead putting it back in straight....It wont budge. It has less than an inch left. I've tried hitting it with an impact wrench...no go. I have a bigger impact wrench but am worried I could snap the bolt head off. Suggestions?

How much is this going to cost me to have gunned in / OR removed and re tapped and the bolt put in? Ironically the bolt itself didn't seem stripped the threads were great. Can this be fixed and should I be concerned driving the car when 3/4 are torqued tight?

HALP!.

to me its sounds like your putting a longer bolt into a small bolt hole... maybe try taking all the bolts back out and see if one is shorter..

Yeap That wasn't it. I ended up just using a stronger torque wrench.
