Default Full Moon Drive

Friday had a full Moon so Cindy and I took off at 8:15 pm for our drive. We took a back way from Sac to Ione then on to Hwy 88. The Moon was so bright that you could turn off your head lights and still see the road pretty good. We stopped up on the summit and looked off on all the mountain tops that the full Moon lit up. We took Hwy 89 over to Tahoe(ate at Denny's) and then drove back home on Hwy 50, got home at 2:30 am. Next time we go for one of our night drives, I'll try to post on here to see if anyone wants to tag along. Oh, one more thing it got down to 34 deg. on Hwy 88. Top of my head got a little cold, next time I'll bring my hat!

It's fun to drive at night, you get to dodge all the deer and other animals that are out,

Sounds pretty nice (except for Denny's!!) Have not been out for a real drive since the spring break trip to OR and WA. Maybe I should post it!
Let us know, I am hit or miss with work.
