well most of the AZ members are planning a "fun in the sun" event for 2008. It will be in either March, April, or even May. But we are trying to get some interest so we can get sponsors and such to give out prizes. Last year, there were about 74 s2000s there and (i think) 163 people. This is a big event and we would like to continue the tradition of this event. But that will not happen until we see that there is some interest. Please sign the petition if you would like to attend.

we are still planning that out....most likely, the meet will be in the valley, hopefully near an interstate so it'll be easy to get to and the drive will be through some canyon roads/mountain roads

Btw, this will be a weekend event in March (early most likely)

it will consist of a dinner(friday) breakfast, drive, lunch, drive back, dinner(saturday) and maybe even a brunch(sunday) But don't qoute me on that.

In the valley meaning Phoenix area I assume? My folks are retired and will be back there by March, so it would be a good excuse to drive down from Sacto.

I would prolly go to this if I still had my S2k ... but i must admit i'd spend most of my time tryin to line up playoff tix for the best basketball team in the world rather than kickin it with S2ks.
