So I've had my 04 S2 parked for about 3 months I been daily driving my diesel truck I just purchased I decided to finally take the S for a much needed wash and cruise last Sunday I open the door I found it weird the the door was unlocked so it turns out some got in and and took my cluster and decided to cut the damm harness I just picked up a cluster off a 06 s2 and I also picked up the underdash harness has this happen to anyone any shops that can fix this for me thanks for any info

Thought only changes were a outside temp and display on 06 so harness would be the same I recon,apart from that..
just got to separate and not use that wire/s ,match and tin wires and solder them back together

Yes, it can be done, but your Coolant temp gauge won't work. The Coolant temp is read via CANBUS on 06+ Clusters
