correct.

However eye judgment is horrible...especially with some fat pig who watched an instructional video.

I stayed at a holiday inn!!! Do you trust me to do eye surgery on you?

Thats apples and oranges though. Those people are at an actual organized street race rather than driving around on the streets. So by what you are saying, if you are just driving along minding your own business and you punch it, and another car isnt racing you but decides to punch it too, and neither of you exceed the speed limit, they can get you for a speed contest? My attorney would crush that in court....
