There's the Anaheim Garden walk, which they just finished building a few months back, it has an Imax theater there and some restaurants like PF Changs, Bubba Gumps, & Cheescake Factory.
For shopping you can go to The Block (closest, kind of ghetto) Main Place Mall, (little further) or South Coast Plaza, like others have said (Furthest but has upscale shops and beautiful women
) There's actually a shuttle that drives you straight there, just ask your concierge what times they come by to pick you up. Enjoy your stay in Cali.

Without a car, you can take the bus to the Block (about 2.5 mi away) for some shopping - Nike outlet, off 5th saks, old navy. Mainplace mall is about 6 mi away, and southcoast is maybe 30 min by car. Have fun!
