common sense says its a scam or it has a salvage title. probably the former.

Dude, you can easily tell which ones are nigerian scammer ads.

1) There is no license plate.
2) No phone number.
3) Weird text in the ad.
4) Ridiculously low price.

They are on craigslist all the time.
