This post is still cracking me up.
Are you sure it wasn't a pelican? I have little shots inside the cab, but man this sounds like the truck literally backed up and dumped.

Some people might question the wisdom of placing a recreation area next to a waste disposal facility when looking at human anatomy - but birds have just one opening that does it all - the "cloaca".
Birds don't "pee" either, they instead secrete urine as the familiar "white stuff" that accompanys the poo.
I really doubt birds menstruate, their reproductive system is geared towards egg-laying, not supporting a fetus and placenta. Birds do get sick, have intestinal parasites, get injured and have other problems.
