Default EPS Light On After Shock and Brake Replacement

I replaced my coilovers with the stock shocks and tein springs for a rebuild. Also new rotors, pads, and bled the brakes. Started the car and the eps light is on. I don't understand what I could have done. Checked all sensors. They are all connected. After searching the forums did the paper clip procedure, and received codes 3,21,23. I'm kind of lost on what to do next. Ive had the car for 12 years and the eps hasn't had any issues. Was wondering if anyone in the LA or OC area has an extra eps computer I could plug in to see if it fixes it in case mine went bad. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
