Default Help with car please. My A$$ is getting squirly

I am having a problem with my car when I am driving my car tracks straight and have no problems. But when I am moving and floor it the car pulls to the left. It feels like it is coming from rear because I don't feel any jerk in the wheel at all. Could this be an alignment problem? Just started the other day and tire pressure is fine.

Seems like an alignment problem. Do you hear any noises? Did you hit any curbs or big speed bumps? Check to seee if you have irregular tire wear.

Check tire pressure. I have heard this a dozen times. Usually attributed to one of two things:

-low air pressure
-tires about to expire / worn out.

We cannot "milk" the rear tires for too long. They may look like - oh I can get another 2k miles out of them - but they will reach up and bite you.

Beyond that....check alignment and shocks to see if they are still okay.

I had the same problem. And a nail in my tire.

18-24 PSI will still look sorta OK, but the car drives like crap.

well it looks like all of the canyon running has taken its toll on my rear tires. 19 in tires is not what I wanted to buy right before X-mas.

something similar happened to me twice. at 25k the hub bearing went bad. at 50k the inner cv joints went bad. both times my axles had to be replaced. with mine the car rolled perfectly straight in neutral on the freeway but as soon as i floor it in any gear the whole car would shake. the same thing happened to SteveUCI too.

If it's an alignment problem go see Darrin at West End Alingment (Gardena) He's the man!
