Cool Help Installing an AEM V2 Intake

Hi All,

I just purchased a used AEM V2 intake recently (thanks DJHohum!). Do any of you know where I could go to get it installed for relatively cheap? I would try doing it myself, but A.) I'm mechanically inclined and B.) I live in an apartment where there isn't much room to work on my car. Any suggestions? Are there any local (west LA) members that would be willing to help me out? Thanks!

Jim

i just installed one of these about a week ago.

i'll be more than happy to give you some pointers but unfortunately i don't have the time right now to be able to physically help you install it.
the only thing i can tell you is that it's a bit of a lenghtly install the first time around.

You're going to have to jack up the front of your car. and have a really good pair of sissors or a dremel to cut the fender liner.

I've Installed a V1 back in the day. I might be able to help you out. Where is West LA? You live near Westwood?
