Default i went for a ride in a 2008 STI

so a cousin's ex has the 2008 STI
as i walked around checking it out, all i could think how big the car was and how it probably felt heavy even with all that power.

i forget the specifics, but he had a full set of teins and some piping done (dont remember if it was down piping...). he said the car was suppose to be in the upper 300's

i ask for a ride along.
as we ride down the small residential street, i noticed that he was taking the car to 6,000 rpms out of the 6800/7000rpms to redline.

i was telling myself, this thing doesnt have much power as he was taking the revs high.

as we approach the main street, he tells me to turn the knob behind his shifter.
so i turn it to the S mode as we were cruising at 35mph, the car turned into a beast.

the power was fantastic!
pushed me right into my seat
i nearly sh!t my pants...

the braking is just as impressive.

the car did not feel heavy, handled very well on the teins.
