More grip, yet countered with a little more weight from the tires...

oversteer? It's the opposite isn't it?

Fatter wheels and tires in the back leads to understeer.

i noticed with my combo the back end liked to come around a bit more than previously. altho, you have a chitload of grip, so it compensates. just adjust steering and it should feel fine.
