HEY !!! What's wrong with a 12 year age gap ??? !!! ??? 
Anyways, maybe he's a known mobster? LOL. That does suck for him though as it appears he's innocent....appears. I mean, if you don't want someone in your country then send them away....don't detain them....geez.

1. Italian guy visits his US-based girlfriend on a regular basis.
2. This time through the DHS throws his ass in jail.
3. DHS claims he was asking for asylum (and that's why they cuffed him and hauled his butt to jail for 10 days.)
4. DHS makes up their own law and says he visits the USA too much.
5. DHS hates Italians.
6. DHS sucks my donkey.
It won't happen in my lifetime but one day young people will rise up and take the country back from the government.
