I'd put the stock rims on and ride height is easily adjusted with coilovers.

you pay the tax when u register the car and transfer the title.. Its based on the price written on the pinkslip....

If you are buying in california u just pay the guy the buying price... u take it back to cananda and register it there... so i believe whatever canada's tax is will be what you pay and you will not have to worry about california sales tax...

So this would be collected by the DMV? the problem is that I think I have to obtain a DMV pass to legally drive the car throught the states. will they issue this without making me pay the tax?
