Default S2000 isn't fat people friendly?

I read this somewhere. I never knew the S had a weight limit of 400 lbs.

Honda spokesman Sage Marie says that beyond the 400-pound weight limit in the S2000 two-seater, "We can't be responsible for the vehicle's dynamic characteristics," although an undisclosed safety margin is built in.

That just seems like common sense to me. ANY car would have SOME weight limit before handling is affected. It's physics. The S is smaller and lighter, so the passengers have to be too....
