My girlfriend just got one of these. Questions..

no it wont show up on your record, nor does it affect the points. it also is never reported to the insurance. so rest assured, just pay it and youll be safe.

Just asked the cops that I work with if they knew the price. He said they use to be like $25 but he believes prices have gone up now to about $150. He is not positive because they don't really deal with the prices of tickets, but he did say it could be more if you have gotten a no seatbelt ticket before.
