Tmobile Google Phone

It's a nice product. Will definitely consider it when/if I decide to by a smart phone this year. I think it looks better in white than it does in black or brown.
Has some good specs:

there's a few things that stink about this phone:
1) no a2dp for stereo bluetooth. but i guess it has something to do w/ google not wanting to code for the api, so it shoulld be something they can add in at a later date.
2) the unlimited data...isn't really unlimited data. you're limited to 1GB of data per month, then after that you're throttled back from 3G speeds to 50Kbps (mind numbingly slow, slower than a decent edge connection actually). So on an avg month, that would confine you to 33MB of internet per day. If that sounds like a lot, how bout this: someone did the math, and i guess on avg the iphone hits about 170Kbps on 3G. If you divide 1GB by the 170Kbps you get about 13.7 hours...divide again by a 30 day bill cycle and you get about 27 minutes per day of 3G surfing before you reach your limit. I'm sure many people could stay under this cap, but there are a LOT that will not. (youtube, mobile internet, googlemaps etc, email, attachments, downloading apps, surfing the amazon store etc)
BUUUUUUT
there are a lot of kickass things about the phone, and more so the OS. Since android is completely opensource...there's a lot of nifty things that you can write or integrate into already embedded programs using the SDK. check out this page, and watch the 2nd video and if you want, skip to the 5:00 mark and watch as they demonstrate the compass.

Also check out these two videos for a full walk through. great features on the phone including syncing your phone w/ google contacts and google calendar on the go. Always having google chat log your convos, and the ability to use google street view on the phone, which is currently only available on the google maps app on blackberries. (some people may complain saying "google is logging all my convos, contacts and info etc"...but you can turn it off if you want)

damn, don't know much of the technology but can this thing eventually run on the Xperia X1?
Even the last review i saw of it about 2 weeks ago showed that it still isn't working properly yet. Sad thing is its supposed to ship worldwide starting @ the end of this month. Nice try sony, but i think i'll stick w/ HTC designed software from here on out.
