WestEnd Alignment Results
My appointment at WestEnd was today, Darin did the Corner Balance and lowered it for me. Then we found that Jamy Auto Body didn't inspect my car correctly, therefore missed damages on the Driver's side Front and Rear. Since there were no visible damages from the accident in December they didn't bother checking things like damaged Knuckle/Hubs, bent arms.....
Darin said my front left camber was really positive at -0.25
and my rear left camber was -3.5
OUCH!!!!!! i was shocked...... how did this body shop let my car go with the alignment like this?
Darin says the upper arms and lower arms look ok, and that it may be the knucke/hubs in the front and rear but we can't be sure until it's taken apart....
I'm going to have to see if my insurance co will open up my case again. I'm going to try to take the car to WestEnd to fix and do the alignment.
Jamy Auto Body Shop had my car 4 months, among the tons of mistakes and problems with them, now more problems 1 month into getting my car back.
*sigh*
I just needed to vent....... anyone know how much knuckle/hub replacements are for our car? and if my insurance co won't let me take it to WestEnd, anyone know which Honda Dealer is authorized to do work for State Farm that is reputable?
Thanks

I just got off the phone with the claim department. The state farm rep was SHOCKED, we reopened the case again, and hopefully things will work out next week.

Tell your insurance company to sue the body shop
