While watching the finale of the season at Daytona this weekend, one of the announcers mentioned that one of the race teams will be fielding four RX-8's in the Grand-Am Cup series with factory support next year.

Sigh, why can't Honda do something like this for the S2000 in the US? HART is having good success with the RSX program...

Honda cars speak for themselves. After all of its Mazda RX8 problems, they gotta do stuff to actually try and sell all of them stacking up at lots.

It would be nice if Honda did stuff like this, but they don't have thousands of unsold S2000's sitting at dealerships like Mazda has RX-8's.
